Update Your Calendar: Schedule Change Coming in 2026

Finals weekend will have a new format at the 2026 Fayez Sarofim & Co. U.S. Men’s Clay Court Championship as part of several schedule changes for upcoming event.

The schedule change will put both the singles and doubles finals on the same day, Sunday, April 5. Championship Sunday will start with the doubles final at 12 p.m. with the singles final slated to start at 2:30 p.m.

As a result, Saturday’s schedule will also change, with a doubles semifinal scheduled for 12 noon, followed by the singles semifinals beginning at 2 p.m.

“There was an overwhelmingly positive reaction this year when inclement weather pushed the doubles final back to Sunday,” said Tournament Director Bronwyn Greer. “We took that feedback and consulted with the ATP Tour and decided to make the change to put both our title matches onto the final day of the tournament.”

Friday's quarterfinal schedule will also change, with the day session beginning with doubles at 12 noon followed by two singles matches. The night session will still start at 6 p.m. and feature the remaining two singles quarterfinals.

Qualifying will remain on opening weekend, March 28-29, and begin at 11 a.m. each day. However, this year, qualifying matches will be held in Stadium Court to allow for fans the opportunity to watch the action.

The rest of the schedule is unchanged, with main draw play getting  underway at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 30. Tuesday through Friday will feature two sessions on each day, starting at noon and 6 p.m.
