Volunteers are asked to donate their time for a minimum of 4 shifts over the course of the week. Please note that once you are committed to your shifts, we are counting on you to show up for that shift as our event is not possible without you as our volunteers. The fee to volunteer is $25. This small registration fee goes towards the below benefits to being a volunteer:
- Official tournament hat and volunteer polo
- Volunteer Kick Off Dinner
- Ability to use your credential Monday-Thursday only to watch tennis when not on shift and not in uniform
- One additional General Admission Pass per session for you to send to a guest
- One meal per volunteer shift on site
- Volunteer Thank You Event
Transportation (Drivers)
- The transportation committee is responsible for providing transportation for all players, coaches, VIPs and umpires to and from the airport, motels, and the tournament site as needed.
- Volunteers for this committee must be 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. A background check of your driving record will be conducted. Drivers should have good working knowledge of the area and routes to local airports and venues. Volunteers must possess the ability to remain professional at all times.
Ushers
- Volunteers will work the main stadium and outside courts checking tickets and directing ticket holders to their seats. Ushers are also responsible for patron access into the main stadium, checking all tickets and credentials.
- Ushers must be at least 18 years of age and able to work in sun and heat. Must be able to stand for long periods of time if needed.
Ticket Ambassadors
- Our ticket ambassadors are the first face our guests will see when entering the site! These volunteers will be responsible for checking everyone's tickets when they arrive to the entrance of the site. You will place a wristband on the individual based on the type of ticket they have for each session. We are looking for friendly people with smiling faces ready to welcome all of our US Clay fans to the stadium
